Mouth ulcers usually take 8-10 Days to heal. You should apply mouth ulcer gel on the ulcer atleast 3 times a day. Also avoid any injury in that area.

If it's a single mouth ulcer, it can be treated at home. But it is important to Know why the ulcer came. It could be due to vitamin deficiency, cheek or tongue biting or stress. You could get a mouth ulcer relief gel like zytee or zehex gel. If it's hurting, quadragel would be better. Then start a weeks course of vitamin supplements like Becosulez, once daily after food. Ulcers could return or spread and so don't ignore them.
