Hi Sir, I'm 29 years old. Last 13 Aug 2018 me meri aortic valve replacement hua tha. Wahi diagnose hua ki mje diabetes hai. Now mai glimy 2 mg in before breakfast and istamet 50 mg/500 mg after breakfast and dinner le rahi hu bt 12 may ko hba1c kraya to 8.5 aya. M roj 1 hour walk bhi krti hu. Me kya kru ki meri sugar control ho jaye.
