Hi, nowadays I have a variety of milk available on the market. Like the one which is pasteurized and full cream. Next variety is toned and next one is double toned. Which variety os actually best to consume daily. How much should we drink to take benefits on weight management, stay healthy in terms of bones, teeth, and skin? Is packaged milk better than fresh cow milk where there may be a chance that cow farmer will be using oxytocin injection to increase the production of milk?
