Your sugar level after food is quite high and I recommend you visit a doctor for medicines. Controlling diet and regular exercises will definitely help in reducing the number of medicines you will need to take. Also, do get a test called as hba1c before you visit a doctor. It will help to decide the dose of medicines.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Fasting glucose 127 mg & pp 200 mg means you have diabetes. This normally requires the initiation of treatment with specific drugs. However, looking at your weight and height with a BMI of 35.02 kgs/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs/sq meter) you are already in grade 2 obesity. Your ideal weight should be about 50 kgs, which means there is an excess of 26 kgs. That itself is an invitation for diabetes. Therefore, if you manage to reduce the weight by a few kgs, your blood glucose may come down without the use of drugs. Thanks.

Your blood sugar levels are diabetic but at borderline. At thos stage you should control it with diabetic diet and regular exercise. Monitor blood sugar regularly and when blood sugar is not controlled or increases then medicine should be added under supervision of a physician/endocrinologist.
