Hi I am haris 22 years old male. I used to ate allot of junk food like burgers and pizza and recently I have did my lipid profile test and find out my triglycerides are high like 2.97. What you should do?

Inculcate cardio exercises in your routine. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid oily food. Avoid excess intake of sugar in your tea and coffee.
