Hi, 60 prevent block is quite normal. But that does not mean that you don't lead a healthy lifestyle. Cut down fatty foods, fried foods don't sprinkle salt in salads avoid papads, pickles, go for 10000 steps daily, don't take more than 20 percent carbs in diet means eat less rice eat lot of fruits which are seasonal.
