Hello, Thanks for the query. Invariably fasting blood glucose is lower than post food glucose levels. But there may be occasions when Pp glucose can come lower if the drug effect is very strong and also if food intake has been a bit less. Thanks

Fasting blood sugar usually lower than pp but in diabetic patient pp blood sugar some times comes low which means either anti diabetic medicines/insulin dose is more or food intake is less.
