HI, I did cholesterol test done 1 month back. M0y total cholesterol was 240. From last month im on low oil usage and on diet plan and also doing physical work out. Is this itself enough to control cholesterol or I have take medicine to lower cholesterol level,

A good diet, rich in fibres with omega fatty acids will help you control your cholesterol. I would suggest follow the diet nicely .include flax seeds, few almonds and walnut, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains in diet. Work out for atleast 40 mins. Take adequate fluids.
