I am 22 years old female and my weight is less. My weight is 39 kg and my height 5 fit. and I have also eyes problem -3.what is it reason for my weakness? If it then please suggest me what can I do?

Consume more of carbs and proteins like dals, milk and its preparations like curd, lassi etc. A balanced diet is necessary for you. Eat rice (with starch, potatoes, sweet potatoes. For eye problem go to a specialist one definitely.
