Your bmi is quite high and excess weight has started affecting even your daily functioning. It is high time you take this seriously and undergo comprehensive lifestyle modification to lose weight. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it does not reduce weight much. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customized approach. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Continue brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. Hi. Loosing weight is a gradual process. You have to be a little patient. Keep a target of atleast 3 months. (some people loose fast and some don't) folloe the instructions: 1. Set a routine. Set your timings for morning or evening work-out. 2. Reduce the calories you take in a day by 25%. Same meals, one fourth less portion. 3. Avoid oily and sugary foods. 4. Packaged snacks should be replaced by diet or roasted snacks and tea/coffee by sugar free green tea or lemon tea. 5. Go to a gym/ run /play a sport like cricket, lawn tennis, basket ball etc. (atleast 45 minutes of work out) 6. Avoid late night meals, and avoid eating after 8: 00 p. M. 7. Get a sound sleep, do not sleep too late. This is not a difficult routine to follow and will show results.

Sprouts made up of moth, lobiya, black chana, rajmah, etc should also consume 1 lt of milk atleast in any form like panneer, kheer, curd etc you can also take tofu (soy protein)

For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Walking for 30 mins a day for at least 5 days in a week is recommended. Medicine will depend upon blood sugar reports.

For a healthy and effective weight loss, -Cut back on all junk and processed food -Plan your meals: Plan meals ahead of time and make sure they are calorie controlled. Include lots of healthy food such as fruits and vegetables in your diet. I am 32 years old and my wt. Is 87 kg. I gain 20 kg wt. After pregnancy. I have no thyroid or diabetics or hormone problem. Recently I consult with a doctor and he gave me wt. Loss tablet and dose 3 tablet/day. I want to know is there have any side effects/ long term effects of those tablet? I am doing job I have no time for walking or gym. For thyroid patient no soya and its products. Cruciferous vegetables (cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprout and broccoli) are to be taken in limited quantity and not be consumed raw (steamed or cooked only). For a normal weight reducing diet, the quantity of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Give more Emphasis on roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a)Butter, Ghee and coconuts chutney. B)Fried food items. C)Egg Yolk. D)High Calorie fruits like banana.
