I am having diabetes type 2 sine ten years which is under control blood sugar levels are 138/160 I am taking glynase ppg .3 ,tenefitand pioz 15 the doctor yesterday suggested to stop all four medicines and take 1 tablet daily of acarbose25 will this single tablet be effective or I should continue with old medication.
