I am 65 years old. I take telista am 40 for the last 9 years and my bp is under control. I am taking this tablet with morning breakfast. Now, I have started intermittent fasting. My first meal/ breakfast is around 1 pm in the afternoon. Can I take this tablet with meal/ breakfast at 1 pm instead of morning breakfast? Whether it can be taken at 1 pm regularly. For your info, I am a diabetic. Thanks & regards.

Hello, thanks for the query. For taking telmisartan with amlodipine, there is no specific instruction as to be taken only in the morning or before food or with food. Only thing is to take it regularly at a specific time every day. Similarly, fasting also will have no effect on taking it in the morning. Thanks.
