I have leg heel pain from past few days. I consult with local doctor he said you have to reduce your bodyweight. Please help me for this. What I have to do?

Hey Lybrate-User, eat small frequent meals instead of just 3 large meals. Have 6 small meals a day. Do not keep more than 4 hours between your meals include high protein food sources high protein sources ?lentils (dals) ?sprouts ?pulses like rajma, channa, chole etc ?curd ?buttermilk ?paneer ?natural cheese (avoid processed cheese) ?milk ?nuts ?oil seeds like flax seeds, sunflower seeds etc ?egg ?fish ?lean meat avoid junk food and aerated drinks completely. Keep yourself hydrated ? drink lots of water to avoid binge eating/ to stop craving for junk food. Start chair work out to avoid putting unnecessary pressure on your ankles. You can split your walking to 20 minutes 3 times a day. Wear extremely comfortable and soft soled shoes to avoid worsening your heel pain.
