Indigestion, bloating of stomach, no excretion of waste. Age 34, male. Please suggest me.

Dear Lybrateuser, - for your problem follow some dietary precautions: - avoid fried, spicy & junk foods, also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day, avoid gas forming foods such as milk & dairy products, beans, lentils, pulses, raw onion, garlic and tomatoes, aerated drinks - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, take a walk for 10-15 min after meals, have a light dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime at night - take tablet pan 40, 1 tablet daily half an hour before breakfast - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion - for proper bowel movement, mix a tablespoon of isabgol powder in a glass of warm water and have it at bedtime at night - have more of fibre containing foods such as vegetables, fruits & whole grains instead of refined ones - do regular exercise like walking & yoga for proper digestion and to keep fit.
