Dipti ji, Thanks for the query. Please tell me why are you on Metformin 850 mg? Because usually there is no drug needed to treat pre-diabetes. Since there are no relevant details given like lipid levels, glucose levels, HbA1c% & BP readings. There is no way to comment. Thanks.
