Do not worry, please let me know your Serum Creatinine level. If Serum Creatinine value is normal, then we need to know Urine Micro Albumin or Albumin level. Most probably, your brother have a condition called, IgA nephropathy. As it is newly diagnosed, please send me details of usg abdomen results and biopsy results, if performed. In Ayurveda, IgA nephropathy can manage properly. Using Anti oxidant completely herbal medicines we can prevent further nephritis and associated complications. Also certain foods such as Curd, Paneer, ice creams, black gram, fried non vegetarian foods, eggs, mushroom, prawn, crab etc are not good in this condition. Please send me the details.
