It's been three months since I have been taking spine tb medicine. 4 months before I was suggested to take mri and my doctor told me there is only traces of pus in bone now. But the problem is I still feel pain in my back whenever I walk for long time and sit for more than 20 minutes. What should I do now? Even I have not started my regular life till due to pain. Can there be any complication. Please suggest clearly.

ATT is usually taken for 8-10 months. Feeling of well being is the biggest parameter of effectively of the therapy. Other lab parameters like ESR, CRP done repeatedly also guide in determining the effectivity of treatment. Keeping all these in mind you should gradually return to usual activities.
