Hello. I am suffering from erectile dysfunction for year. I will lose my erection soon once it erected. I took tadalafil for 1 week but doesn't change. I also took himalaya ashwagandha & gokshura for 3 months. I also consulted unani, homeopathic & allopathic doctors but no changes in my condition. I get erected when masturbating but not rigid.
