Have depression and take citalopram 20 mg. 1 tablet per day. I planing pregnancy with I need to do change medicine? Maybe take 10 mg? I feel that I can't stop taking antidepressant during pregnancy.

Dear Ernesta, If you are finding citalopram useful, there is no need to change. You can try 10 mg before stopping. It is always better that you are off drugs before planning pregnancy. It also depends on how severe was your depression earlier and how much helpful and understanding your partner is.
