Hi, I do an office based job. I had little acidity problem in India where I used to do sitting job. Got married and moved to Sydney. Since I am here and started doing job here, I am getting accuse acidity problem. I am here since 2 years now but can't understand what the real problem I have. I never feel hungry and all the time I feel full. I take my breakfast lunch and dinner on time. When I eat anything, I need to go to empty myself. I feel tired all the time and feel sleepy. I do not like to talk to people. I can't wear any jewellery, if I do I get small pimple kind of allergy around that area. I have started getting dry or dead skin patches around neck area and they are itchy. I don't know if these all are because of one issue or different problems. Please guide and suggest some quick remedies. Even I don't know what kind of expert I should go.

Hi lybrate-user, don't worry Ayurveda can help you. I read you all problems are not different but as per Ayurveda it's a condition of imbalance of doshas (vata, pitta and kapha). Here I give you one home remedy: take 10 dry black grapes + one teaspoon fennel + one teaspoon coriander seeds powder + half teaspoon sugar candy (misari). You need to do certain changes 1. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style. This is most important n non negotiable part 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Curd is good for u. 11.
