Stop worrying. There is no chance for HIV infections to occur when you do not know the other person's status and also with the kind of activity which has occured. Rectal penetration and vaginal penetrations have high chance and that doesn't seem to be the case here. It's anxiety. Relax and get good diet and exercise and keep yourself occupied with things.
