Hello Dr. My mom is 60 year old. She is a patient of diabetes and hypertension for last 13 years. She has been taking amlong A for Hypertension and GLIMESTAR PM2 before meal in the morning and Metformin 500 before dinner and ecosprin av 75 at night. She walks for 30 min in the morning and 30 min in the evening. Her fasting bs ranges from 100-120 mg/dl but pp goes as high as 400 mg/dl. She has been taking Glimestar pm2 for 3 years. Does she need to revise the anti diabetic medicine? Thanks and regards.

You should consider monitoring HbA1c. 400 once is ok, but repeatedly requires adjustment of medicine or of diet. Explore scientific diet for healthy life, you will achieve much more than with a lifetime of diseases, Drs, and treatments.
