Hi, Last years my hb% was 14. 7g, but now I check my hb% just 11. 7g, also I forget things sometimes, also get wet dreams.

Hi Lybrate user, include iron rich food in diet- like beat, apple, dates, spinach as well as milk to increase Hb level. You may also have vit B12 deficiency so milk, egg & non vegetarian food is rich source of Vitamin B 12. Wet dream is entirely different thing & it's not related with Hb. For wet dreams you need to take medication, you can consult online for the detailed treatment & advice.
