I feel drowsy even after taking a healthy sleep of 7-8 hrs. I am 16 years old and there is always a pain in my neck .Can you suggest me what to do and if the answer is regarding diet then please explain me about what to eat and when to eat.

Dear Adishri, there is very little information to comment on anything. At your age it is common to have stress and anxiety which in may result in sleep disturbances, fatigue and muscle pains. Feeling sleepy after a good amount of sleep can also be a sign of not having enough REM sleep due to conditions like sleep apnea. Neck pains are also very common these days due to stressful lifestyle and constant use of smartphones. I advise you to indulge in stress relieving activities and if you still have the symptoms then consult a Physician to rule any systemic illness.
