I'm 19 year old and I'm obese. My doctor has recommended me to loose around 30 kgs to be healthy. Please can you help me how. To do it? My lifestyle is mainly sedentary given the face that I'm a student. Please help me with a diet plan that Could be effective. I'll be joining sports and gym by next month. But until then I won't be active much. Please help.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
