Dear sir, I am 41 years old male wt 77 KG and ht is 170 cm. I have been recently advised to take medicine for hypertension. Based on BP reports by cardiologist. I have started medicine which includes a diruter also. Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg. This has increased frequency of urination. My eGFR is 75. Creatinine is normal and urine report is ok. Due to this BP medicine I am feeling some sensation in abdomen generally area around kidneys. How do I rule out any kidney issue. My other parameters like sugar, thyroid etc is normal. Triglycerides are high. Also cholesterol slightly on higher side. Please guide. Thanks.
