I have male pattern baldness and it's hereditary. Lost about 40-50% of hair already, reduced hairline as well as overall thickness. I had tried minoxidil and took 2 prp sessions but had no results. I want to try the finasteride or any other effective methods. please suggest Finasteride tablet and any other methods or tablets like multi vitamin which will be helpful. I also have Seborrheic dermatitis since 4-5 years and I use a shampoo with selenium sulfide, which suppresses temporarily. Isn't there a permanent cure for this? I have very oily scalp and due to this shampoo my rest of the hair is dry and brizzy.
