I am 25 years old female. I am having pain in my knees including the upper muscle also of the knee. I feel pain only when I am sitting only on feet and I have to get up (also while doing squats). Please suggest what should I do. The pain is getting more and more worse.

Start active quadriceps exercises twice a day. Get one pillow under your knees while sleeping at night. Avoid climbing stairs. Avoid squatting. Use western toilet. Do cycling 15 minutes a day.
