Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Good morning everyone. I would like to ask a query. Muscle relaxation and contraction when moving food, water and others, while eating or even passing out the gas and stool which is evacuation. I feel a lot of cramps, that too much cramps while thr gas is stuck, in the lower back, and moving out is very very difficult it takes too much time even for the gas to move out. Inspire of I do everything like walking. My body is flexible and after it goes out also, there is lot of pain and discomfort over there so for this condition does muscle relaxants help which will help muscle contraction pls suggest and which one should I take for the same. This issue is there for a long time, from years and every time I consult I only get a laxative or some fiber. I suffer a lot everyday and gas fills my body vey fastly. How muc ever it goes the same amount fills ups very fastly thank you.

Hello its likely to be due to low vitd, low calcium levels. Expose to sunlight in morning. Take mag phos 30x 4pills 2 times 3 days calc phos 6x 4pills 3 times 8 days and report me after 8 days for further treatment.
