I am in terrible pain in side muscles next to rib cage which is excruciating and very high. Certain movements cause it more. Please suggest some relief suggestions asap. Pain sometimes is unbearable. Using an icepack seems helpful.

Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day Contrast bath- Fill two buckets/ tubs with Very Hot Water and Very Cold water. Immerse your legs into the water for 3 minutes and then switch to cold water for 1minute. Repeat this 3 times once a day.

My calf muscles pain a lot. This pain is from last 6 year. I have consulted many doctors, took many medicine of vitamins, calcium etc but its no worth at all. I am not into any sports also and my age is 24. Sometimes the pain in low, sometimes it's high. Sometimes both legs pain, sometimes only one leg pain. There were days when I didn't felt any pain and there were days when the pain was very severe. I did color doppler test also but no negative remarks came there also.
