You mean precautions you have to take? Generally after the POP is removed in a month's times, joints tend to get stiff. Thus, Keep moving your fingers and wrist a bit while still in POP. If the fingers and wrist are inside the pop, then also try moving them slowly 10 times each, 3 times a day. Do not let your POP get wet. Do not bear weight on your arm.
