It is common to vomit in first trimester of pregnancy. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. Avoid spicy n fried food. Sometimes actually there is weight loss in first trimester because of excessive vomiting. Don?t worry you will be alright.
