This question is related to my mom she is 40 years old and she is in trouble due to full body pain & also a round shape I think its called gilti in back or behind her shoulder its painful then what should we do?

By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains? For lump in her back you need to see some general surgeon or physician. As it is painful, it needs to be diagnosed.
