I am 52 years old. I want to reduce weight. My present body weight is 107 kgs. I daily walk around 4-5 kms playing golf. My occupation requires me to sit around 8-10 hours daily. I regularly uses oats, tofu ,fruits, boiled vegetables etc as my meals. I don?t use sugar for last 15 years. I have been weights for the last 10 years. I don?t eat outside. I always try that healthy food is my diet. I eat nuts, sun dried berries etc for snacks. What else do I need to do. I eat 2 roti in lunch. I don?t party. Only drink wine and that too once in week.
