I?m suffering from Telogen Effluvium since past 2-3 months. I have consulted a doctor and he has given me Trichoz Plus, Iron tablet and winofit (omega3, fatty acids). But hair fall is not reducing. My sleeping hours have reduced to 5-6 hrs and I?m not able to cope up with my gym as I have my CA exams coming up in 10 days. Suggest me what I can do?

Make sure the diet includes plenty of protein-rich foods such as meat, eggs, fish, beans, grains, and nuts. The amino acid lysine may be particularly important for hair growth. Iron deficiency may be linked to telogen effluvium. Making changes to the diet to include iron-rich foods may help with hair loss.
