I am 33 years old. Height 5.8 and weight 85 kg. I have hypertension and ED issues as well. My BP is around Systolic (170-190) & Diastolic (110-130) at various times. Currently, not taking medications. Since I have ED issues, I do not want to worsen the situation by taking BP medications. I read some BP medicine category less likely to have ED (ACE Inhibitors, Calcium Channel Blockers and angiotensin 2 receptor blockers). Could you please help how to handle this situation?

Hello- The veins in your body are capable of withstanding only a certain amount of pressure. Exceed the pressure and the body can experience a stroke or heart attack. As the blood moves through arteries, arterioles, capillaries and veins, the pressure decreases. When pressure remains consistently high, the pressure damages the arteries and veins. Damaged veins and arteries can lead to hypertension, cardiovascular disease and impotence. Yes, even the hypertension medications can cause impotence. Fortunately Htn related ED can be cured without affecting your general health by the help of safe herbal remedies. It will also help reducing your hypertension too.
