I am an 18 years old, that recently tripped and scraped my leg on a wooden bed post. The scrape has already healed and scabbed over but it still hurts to put pressure on that part of my leg like for example crossing my legs. I noticed that there seems to be a hard inch long elevated section under the scrape for some reason. I would like to know the best option for my next step in fixing this problem should be.
