Hi, I am 65 + years old male with diabetes problem. I have been feeling watery always under my feet, for last one and a half years, but there is no water found there. People say that it is Diabetic neuropathy and incurable. Is it true? What is your opinion on this problem?

Yes, this is one of the symptoms of sensory neuropathy which is a known complication of long standing diabetes. Keep your blood sugar controlled and consult a Neurologist who will suggest appropriate therapy.
