My mother is suffering from neuropathy. And she is hypertensive and pre diabetic now a days she is taking medicines hapibar 20 mg B.D, gepent 300 mg B.D,advent16 mg O.D, centre silver O.D, inosita plus 50/500 O.D, ascard 75 mg O.D.thiolax 4 mg B.D and know her blood pressure and diabetes are under control but serum creatinine level is at border line and she is having swelling at her feet I am unable to understand the reason although I myself I am a pharmacist so that I am taking this online help.

hello .how much is creatinine level..check serum protein and urine for proteins and microalbumin. if diabetic then since long time she might be having early kidney involvement. .Sometimes Gabapentin can cause swelling of feet as well.
