Got back muscles stretched heavily in January 2018 due to two wheeler accident. Gradually started back pain, unable to get up from bed quickly, robot like movements. Just started physiotherapy two days back, tens machine sessions give little relief but again the stiffness increases after an hour. Should I continue with the physiotherapy or any other suggestion. The pain is unbearable now. No problem with forward bending at all. Rib cage is stuck and I feel pain while driving two wheeler on speed breakers or going down on staircase. Please help.
