I have headache .It is unbearable. What do I do?

Headache can be due to numerous reasons like tension type headache, chronic anemia, low BP, migraine, hypertension, dehydration, hypoglycaemia, refractive errors, organic brain lesions, chronic sinusitis. So it is important is to rule out the cause first. In case of acute pain you can take the tablet brufen or tablet diclofenac on sos basis but a thorough clinical by a general physician is always required.

As of now for headache you can take tablet Paracetamol. But we will have to make a diagnosis to get to the cause of it which can be either due to frontal sinusitis or due to migrane or due to refractive error of the eyes or due to other causes for which we have to investigate.
