1. To lose weight/belly fat make healthy food choices and add more exercise/activity. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken 30 mins before meals. 3. ?Eat plain roti/rice with dal with a bowl of salad in each meal. 4. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/Colas / Fruit Juice from your diet. 5.
