1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat any seasonal fresh fruit. No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 3. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. Don't smoke. Smokers tend to weigh less than non-smokers, and quitting smoking often leads to weight gain. Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc.
