I am 60 year old, diabetes type 2 on medication. I suffer from heartburn, indigestion, fullness immediately after I eat food. I have to take antacids, eno, nexpro fast, unienzyme, nutrolin B plus, water daily to eliminate waste. In addition, I take diabetes type 2 medication Janumet 50/1000 daily twice with meals and fibator 10 mg OD and exercise. This routine has been followed by me for over a year now. Kindly let me know if it is dangerous to my health or can I survive without medication by switching over to AYURVEDA which is a process of detox and rejuvenating all my cells? Kindly help me with proper advice because I am spending over INR 5000 per month to maintain my health!
