Hi sir 4 years back my rbs is 158 that time treated non diabetic patient now my fasting 102 post lunch is 152 urine sugar till now treated daibetic patient how is it? I will not use any medicine how is it? Give me perfect value ranges and suggestion please.

Following are the criteria to decide whether one has diabetes or not: 1) Normal :Fasting Glucose 70 - 100 mg/100 ml & PP < 140 mg, HbA1c% <5.7. 2) Pre-diabetic State: FBG 101 to 125 mg, PP 141 to 199 mg, HbA1c% 5.7 to 6.4 3) Diabetes: FBG 126 mg and above, PP: 200 mg and above, HbA1c% 6.5 and above. So considering these levels, your glucose levels fall in Pre-diabetic state. Usually no treatment is advocated at this level. Only lifestyle modification and diet control with regular exercise is recommended. I hope your doubt is cleared. If you have any question please do come back.
