Hi, My weight is 78 kg as a result I am unable to run 1600m in 5 min .After 500 to 600m I get tired my breathing become high .So can U give me diet chart to be followed so that I can loose my weight as well as my running efficiency. I run regularly at 4 am in the morning about 3 km. It would be better if my diet contains breakfast lunch and dinner (those which are easily available in the market and should be lighter on my pocket as I am a student). Please suggest me.

you can take normal diet. you can include seasonal fruits n vegetables in your diet take plenty of water. include moderately carbs and low fat in your diet
