I am 60 years old female. I have BP130/80. I am taking CTD T40/12.5 for the last two years. Will I continue or reduce the strength of medicine.

The ideal way forward is to go for regular health check up as suggested by your doctor (if you have any complaints then more frequently ). You can also monitor the BP at home on and off at different times to see the trend. You should also exercise (mild to moderate) depending upon you comfort level as it helps to keep the BP normal (and therefore the need for BP tablets would not increase, or it may improve in the long term leading to reduction of the dosage ).
