Sir. I was suffering from depression two months ago. I thought it was just because of my acidic problem so I started eating gastric tablets too. It was my thought that it was because of gastric. Doctor just gave me tablets of depression. But now I don't think so that it was a problem of gastric because now my gastric problem is OK. But depression sucks me. After finishing my medicine I always feel headache and some times depressed. Please help me .I m not getting well. What to do now. There is always headache brain problem weakness irritation always. Please suggest me.

You also need to consult a qualified counsellor in your area and take their advice to get yourself released of all emotional trauma you hold within Symptoms suggests you are too much overworked and anxious You can engage yourself in some form of yoga or relaxation to take care of your stress and anxiety as apparently from your situation it seems you are very anxious. You should also share issues with close friends and pursue your hobbies to buildup your self esteem. Maybe gardening, writing, painting, music etc.
