Recently I am finding difficulties to have a good sleep. I am 63 years old and taking Trika .25 regularly and with this I get a sound sleep. But people say that Trika is not good to take for long time. I am not suffering from stress or depression. Kindly suggest a useful sleeping pill.

If you r not under any kind of stress, then find out why r you not able to sleep. Do you sleep in daytime-- even if a short nap. If so then stop it entirely. That could be a cause Don't watch TV, mobile or any gadgets. Switch them atleast half an hour before sleep. Do read a good book before sleep? Do exercise, meditation, pranayam etc. Every day. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. Take a cup of warm milk before going to sleep. Avoid tea/coffee after 4 pm Establishing a sleep schedule and sticking to it helps. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day?including weekends.
