Suffering back pain. L4 L5 pain. Nerves also getting pain from 10 years. Using neugaba 75 mg and OD12 and dong regular exercise. My left leg muscle getting pain. What can I do. According to MRI L4 just shifted left side. Can I go for surgery? Is surgery final and permanent solution?

Yes surgery is the only option to correct. Otherwise it may progress and again you will end up in operation theatre for surgery but results may not be good as in this stage.
