Hi I am having the Motion with out any problem in the early morning itself. Just after 20.30 minutes after waked up. But for the last 4,5 days it is not happening even after 2, 3 hours. Also while going a little Qty going out .Then may be after breakfast will have the feeling and little more. Again after some time. And felt a smell too. Have enough gas too. But I am still hungry and having food in time. How to back to normal. I feel more sleepy too even in the day time.

Dear Lybrateuser, - For a smooth motion follow some tips: - have more of fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, legumes, pulses, sprouts, peas, nuts - avoid fried, spicy & junk foods - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water per day for proper digestion & hydration - mix a teaspoon of isabgol powder in a glass of warm water & have an hour before bedtime at night - do regular exercise for proper digestion - can have an antacid if gas formation is more.
